Sara Hildén Foundation – Finnish Art Collection

Sara Hildén Foundation – Finnish Art Collection presents an interesting and diverse selection from the Sara Hildén Foundation’s collection of Finnish art, spanning from the 1910s to the present day. The publication features works by a total of 125 Finnish visual artists. The publication also includes a specialist article by Ville Lukkarinen (PhD), Professor Emeritus of Art History. Titled ‘The Difficulty of Collecting Contemporary Art’, it provides an introduction to the history of the Sara Hildén Foundation’s collection, as well as to the complexities of art and art collecting.
