Sara Hildén Art Museum's spring exhibition of key artists from the Foundation's international collection

1.12.2023 The exhibition The Red Birds of the Green Tree - Works from the Sara Hildén Foundation Collection, which opens on 17 February 2024, presents key artists and works from the Foundation's foreign collection from the early 20th century to the present day: paintings, sculptures, drawings and prints.

21.8.2023 Lee Bul is one of South Korea’s most internationally acclaimed artists. Her forthcoming exhibition at the Sara Hilden Art Museum will be the first extensive showing of her work ever seen in Finland.

Thomas Houseago – WE with Nick Cave & Brad Pitt Exhibition opens an interesting cultural autumn in Tampere Finland

19.9.2022 Sara Hildén Art Museum is proud to present Thomas Houseago’s first exhibition in the Nordic countries. Thomas Houseago is a world-renowned artist, known for sculptures in plaster, rebar, bronze and wood. For this exhibition, the British-born artist is also presenting new paintings and sculptures in redwood and plaster including responding to work in the collection of the Sara Hildén Foundation, Alberto Giacometti's (1901–1966) sculpture Woman on a Chariot (1943, 1962).
